Private one-on-one or semi-private group sessions are the best way to get the special attention to guide your yoga
practice and improve your physical fitness, allowing time to focus on your special needs and goals. Private sessions
are generally 60 minutes in length.

How would you describe your style of teaching fitness classes?

“As a personal trainer, I feel it is my job to help my clients attain the highest level
of physical function while maintaining mental peace in everyday life. Woven into all
fitness sessions are breathing and concentration exercises to train the mind for meditation.
I enjoy creating compound exercises that will simultaneously stretch and strengthen the back, abdominal,
hip and thigh regions while improving balance and brain function.”
