This class offers Genevra's 3 most important and foundational exercises - Leg Stretch, Cobra, Triangle - Plus Mountain Pose! Aspects of this class include standing, balancing postures, hip and spinal flexibility and appropriate core strengthening. Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind are included in every class as well.
This class offers an adaptive approach to practicing yoga, thereby allowing bodies with stiffness, soreness or some limitations to participate without feeling excluded during any part of class. Aspects of this class include standing, balancing postures, hip and spinal flexibility and appropriate core strengthening. Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind are included in every class as well.
