Aspects of this class include balancing postures, hip and spinal flexibility and appropriate core strengthening. Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind are included in every class as well.
Appropriate for active older adults with good body awareness and have the ability to get up and down from the floor as well as hold themselves on "all fours" (aka hands and knees). Also appropriate for “non-seniors” that want a non-competitive yoga class.Please contact us if you are not sure if this class is right for you.
