TriYoga will make you feel your entire body - inside and out - getting stronger, more fluid and flexible, more at peace with the world. Relaxation in action and being with the flow of universal energy are important lessons of kriya (movement between postures) and asana (stillness in the posture). Often a multi-level approach to learning, TriYoga Basic and Level 1 flows are taught simultaneously so that everyone can flow at an appropriate pace. Therefore, those with more experience feel appropriately challenged while those that are newer feel safe. The theme of the class changes seasonally!

Appropriate for active older adults with good body awareness and/or those who may have some physical limitations. Also appropriate for “non-seniors” that want a non-competitive yoga class.

This is a small group class, limited to 7 students.
