This series of classes will focus on movements that are therapeutic for the neck and shoulder and help to relieve tense upper back, neck and shoulders as well as movements that will improve core strength and lower back flexibility.

We’ll make use of “the log,” sandbags, blocks and bolsters to enhance chest opening, hip opening and support the lower back.

This is a small group class, limited to 8 students.
