I think a lot of my students are ready to “level up” out of the Basics postures and into some new Level 1 moves.

This class offers the opportunity to see how the postures progress in the TriYoga™ system and allows the time and space to investigate how these new postures feel in your body. You'll be able to decide if they are do-able at this point in your yoga practice. You'll learn how your Mountain can become Extended Mountain and how Cradle prepares the hips and knees for Swan.

A benefit of this class is that you’ll be able to bring your new yoga wisdom into your regular, weekly classes so that you have more options. This is the beauty of the TriYoga system.

New stuff we’ll incorporate:

  • Balanced Chair Asana
  • Extended Mountain
  • Swan Kriya and Asana
  • Toe Stretch and Toe Balance

TriYoga curious? Yoga students of other disciplines may enjoy a fresh perspective on this kundalini inspired vinyasa.
