This class is an excellent way to relieve stiffness in hips, shoulders, upper back and lower back regions while also strengthening core muscles to prevent pain and injury - and keep you going! Many postures will be reclined to encourage a natural process of deep relaxation.

We’ll make use of “the log,” sandbags, blocks and bolsters to enhance chest opening, hip opening and lengthen the spine.

A great way to coast into the weekend, this series of classes will focus on movements that are therapeutic for the relieving stiffness in the body and calming the mind with gentle breathing techniques. Kriya and Asana from TriYoga Basics including a nice long Leg stretch and Cat Roll will anchor the class and serve us as a means to enter the flow of body, mind and breath.

This is a small group class, limited to 8 students.
