This class offers Genevra's 3 most important and foundational exercises to keep you strong, upright and balanced your whole life long! We'll focus on Leg Stretch, Cobra, Triangle - Plus Mountain Pose!

Aspects of this class include balancing postures, hip and spinal flexibility and appropriate core strengthening. Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind are included in every class as well.

Appropriate for active older adults with good body awareness and have the ability to get up and down from the floor as well as hold themselves on "all fours" (aka hands and knees). Also appropriate for “non-seniors” that want a non-competitive yoga class.
