I’m happy to close out 2016 and the “Year Of Balance” with one more DIY Video about balancing with “the anklets.” (“The Anklets” sounds much more fun and feminine that velcro cuffs with resistance tubing, doesn’t it?)

Here are three moves that I love to teach in Yoga Bones and Sassy Seniors for being strong and balanced!

Practice them daily - with or without the added resistance- to maintain your bone density and build more confidence in your balance.

If you want to treat yourself to some search for: “spri xercuff yellow very light”. Get the yellow one for light resistance!
