Why Leg Stretch Challenge? Because it feels good!
Are you feeling achy and stiff everyday? A little bit stressed? Tired? Practicing Leg Stretch (shown here) over the next 14 days will offer a profound effect on your health and how your body feels. I'll help you. This practice can improve your balance, reduce back pain and help you sleep. Relaxation after a long day, the door to transition inward - check, check. And it feels really, really good!
What to expect:
By signing up, you are committing to doing your Leg Stretch daily, whenever you want and wherever you want. I’ll send you notes and reminders and variations of leg stretch, so if you are new, don’t worry, I’ll explain what exactly to do on Day One.
Who can participate?
Anyone can participate. This is my gift to you and you are welcome to share it with the ones you love. For my regular students this will keep you limber during the week off between sessions too.
How much time will this take?
I encourage you to give yourself 5-10 minutes per day to dedicate to Leg Stretch. Regular leg-stretchers may want more time to hang out.
What kind of equipment do I need?
A 10-foot yoga belt will be a big help! But you can improvise.
What do I get at the end?
A feeling of being grounded, centered, balanced, taller and pain free! A new routine that is a beautiful celebration of life and health! A gentle and rewarding self-care practice that can give you a foundation health for years to come. Yes, sign me up!!!
