I’m happy to announce that I’m teaming up with a graduate student from Ithaca College’s School of Health Science and Human Performance (my alma mater), to learn about the latest research in the field of exercise physiology on bone building and older adults. In an effort to address the health concerns of my clients, I’m designing a new fitness program that is based on research-backed concepts to achieve the specific result of maintaining or improving bone density.
