This series of classes will focus on movements that are therapeutic for the relieving stiffness in the body and calming the mind with gentle breathing techniques. Kriya and Asana from TriYoga Basics including a nice long Leg stretch and Cat Roll will anchor the class and serve us as a means to enter the flow of body, mind and breath.
We’ll make use of “the log,” sandbags, blocks and bolsters to enhance chest opening, hip opening and support the lower back.Sun/Moon breath will be a focus of this class as well!
This is a small group class, limited to 8 students.
