I’ve been taking a quadrupedal movement class and I love it, but not so much on my wrists. This is my “Beast” modification. More like this in core class!
Basic Hand Balance variations (above)
This introductory version has you sitting on a bench and blocks are optional. Remember that is doesn’t matter how high you lift and the amount of weight re-distribution (from your hips to your hands) is up to you. Do it your way! Let me know if it works for you!
