During the four-week series learn valuable strategies and techniques to incorporate into your daily life now that will bring lasting changes and a new level of freedom from frustration.
Vicki and Genevra bring compassion and their backgrounds in occupational therapy and yogasana respectively to hear your questions and offer solutions.
