This class will address how the musculoskeletal system as a whole plays a part with incontinence and pelvic pain.

Muscle tension, stress, posture and sometimes core muscle weakness are all “easy fixes” when addressed from the perspective of a gentle, pelvic health specific yoga class.

A relaxing yet empowering experience to give yourself.

Strengthen and stretch the right spots, and offer a state of deep relaxation for the whole system.

Tight backs and buttock muscles can create tight pelvic floor muscles. When the muscle is “too tight” stress incontinence will happen - like when you sneeze.
